Good afternoon, You're welcome! We'll be happy to close your mother's account also. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate an account with the information you provided. Has she already received her introductory shipment? Tammi Silkies Customer Service Agent 280

RE: Silkies / HCI Direct - billed for pantyhose that didn't order

I received a little card in the mail offering a free pair of hosiery with not purchase or any obligations necessary. So I filled out my name and address. Then a few weeks later, I received a package from Silkies hosiery/HCI Direct Inc. with three pairs of hosiery and a letter saying, "As, promised, your free sample pair is enclosed. As are the two additional pair you ordered for our low introductory price of only $1.00 each."

This is absolutely a scam!! I never ordered anything! There is also no phone # available for me to call and ask what in the heck is going on. My letter says I owe $3.98 and if I don't want them to send them back and send the postage I HAVE TO PAY to an address and they will reinburse me.

Well, this is a total hassle and I shouldn't have to do anything cause I didn't order it! I know if I do nothing I will start receiving collections. I think I will call the better business bureau.

Sincerely, Shannon La Mear
