My name is Ryan. Recently I have experienced some of the worst customer service at Winn Dixie. To be specific it is the Winn Dixie located in Tallahassee, Florida on the corner of West Tharpe Street and High Road. Virtually everytime I am there the checkout lines are backed up into the produce aisles.

The manager seems to be more concerned about mingling with the cashiers instead of fixing the major backup at hand. Consistently one or two lines will be open while customers wait in line for a far greater time than they should be.

The manager obviously witnesses the problem but neglects to take any action to prevent or correct the poor customer service. I would suggest not shopping there if your time is of any kind of concern to you.

Are you seriously complaining about this? This Winn Dixie has more than 4 self-checkout lines I think, all of which are usually empty. Maybe stop following the mass of people next time and use your brain.

If your time is of any concern to you, disregard the above complaint. Its clearly just some grumpy elitist.
