I bought a ronco rotissurie and didn't like it so I sent it back and they charged me $20.00 for shipping and I have never had to pay for shipping to buy anything that I have bought on line before and I will never order from Ronco again they do not operate very good faith .and thier supervisor was not very perfessional dealing with this problem.
