I purchase a mail box at this company steelmailbox.com had not received after about 3 weeks e-mail them because they did not have a direct #. e-mail a Richard Lee
His customer service was one of the worst I have experienced. he charged my account twice and told me that he would. he was very rude and then continued to harass me by E-mail. the worst part is I found that Mr. Lee was the owner. I reported to Better Business Beau.
It's a shame that there are actual people out there that are able to work or own business and treat customer in this fashion. the E-mail he sent me when on for day, until I finally informed him that I would seek legal advice.
