I purchased Net Detective a week ago. Every time I try to login it tells me that my username and password are invalid. I am using the ones that Net Detective sent me in my confirmation e-mail. I have tried to contact them about this problem and they are not responding to my emails.
There is no phone number given in which to call them. There is no way for me to let them know that I want my money back.
