RE: Jacksonville Public Library - doesn't offer any type of e-mail - wan't e-mail at library

Hello, My name is Jon. I am a 28 year old resident of Jacksonville Florida located in Duval county. I have been made aware when I moved here that this library does not offer any type of Email at any of its branches and it is currently blocked by websense software. So many of us have been fighting with the Jacksonville Public Library to get Internet Email. In February of this year they claimed we would have Email once the NEW BRanch opened where they would test the software. I then found out that this was incorrect and they want to have Email in place by this upcoming or end of summer. We the tax payers are DEMANDING email at our library. NO Other libraries in the world are censoring any type of Internet activity including Email except our library. I hope you can tell your viewers on your site that its time something is done. I have created a website called "allowemail.com" where I leep people informed of the latest developments with the fight for email. I hope you can publish this letter to inform your viewers of this. Some of my upcoming events planned include a PROTEST at a library meeting, Allowemail.com t-shirts and our amazing online petition. Again the website is: http://www.allowemail.com

Thanks, JON E CHRYK
