My complaint is about Blue Haven Pools, I have seen other complaints about thsi company and the are similar to mine.

 

The sales part of my pool went very well, But thats when it went down hill, I live about 70 miles from the town I bought the pool (Dallas). a girl called me after I signed the contract and said they would be out in a week to dig the hole, that was fine but I asked if she could call me that morning before they came down because it had been looking like rain for several days, well she said no, if i say they guys will be there they will, this didnt set to well with me, whats is its pouring down rain, since they are 70 miles from here it could be raining here and not there,

 

well after we argued about it she finally said she would try, well its been down hill since then, the constuction dept are very rude to you on the phone and my supervisor hardly ever calls me back, I called the main blus haven office at there 800 number to complain, I got a voive mail that said they were open from 9am to 1pm, (only half a day) and you cant even hold to talk to a person, I left 4 messages and not a call back yet,
