Hoffman Estates, IL 60179 I would like to bring your attention to a complaint I have about the product quality at your department store, located at North Hollywood, California. Specifically, I'm writing about damaged or defective products. I hope you are able to resolve this situation. Sears Service has not been able to repair our washer in a timely manner. I have been without a washer for almost two weeks. I visit Sears, Roebuck & Co. less than once a month. On average, I have spent thousands of dollars at your store purchasing appliance and electronic products. Here's what I'd like to see happen: Refund purchase price and price of extended service agreement. Let me go somewhere else where I can get the product qulaity and service I need. I seriously doubt that I will ever buy from your store again, and I will urge everyone I know to steer clear as well. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
