dctcrafts.com - paid for order on April 30, 2003 - since then, can't contact company - haven't received order

I ordered 2 cross stitch items fron DREAMS COME TRUE known as dctcrafts.com on their website on 30th April 2003. I received a reply saying:

THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE ACKNOWLEDGING SUCCESSFUL INITIAL PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER PLACED ON THE WORLD WIDE WEB.

YOU MAY CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS BY WRITING TO Email User I sent them numerous e-mails asking how is my order coming along, I called them 4 times but it was always answering machine. I don't think this company exist at all so how come their website is still available on the internet it should be banned. I haven't receive any of my items but they charged my VISA card the day I placed my order. Who is responsible for this action? It is NYREE P.JOHNSON, owner/stealer of DREAMS COME TRUE CRAFTS.
