security gates at Villa Reanna Apartments in Tallahassee, FL Villa Reanna Apartments at 1924 West Pensacola Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32304 advertises their community to be a fully gated property, but the gates have not worked since I moved there in August, 2002.

In fact, I have never been issued a pass code for the lock pad because the gates have never worked.

Despite repeated telephone and personal conversations and promises by the management of Coastal Properties Services that the gates will be working soon, they have not been repaired for the past year.
