I have just received a second notice from RMCB, a collection agency regarding a cancelled agreement with HostSave, an internet hosting service. I cancelled the service as noted in their service agreement by non-payment due to non-support.
I had tried many times to get information from their "customer service" and I can only assume that they have a filtering device that does not allow any request for service after the sale.
There is some sort of threat associated with this last letter but I don't intend to pay the $23.85 that is being disputed.
