To Whom It May Concern, We were turned away on Saturday May 17th, 2003. Your manager, Pat Patterson was rude and very unprofessional. We were told at the ticket booth that the tickets we purchased from Royal Credit Union were good for any other movie other than Daddy Day Care. However, in (2) weeks we could return and see Daddy Day Care.

We were told that this agreement was in connection with Sony Entertainment. We want to know if this is legal. My wife and two daughters and five other children were caught completely off guard with this. Why should a childrens movie have these kind of restrictions on attending a movie???? We were not told of any such restrictions at the time we purchased tickets. Needless to say, all of the children were disappointed. Ralph
