RE: Silkies Pantyhose - received, and billed for, unwanted pantyhose

On March 26th, I was contacted at work by a representative of yours. She was insisting on sending me shipments of Silkies pantyhose in spite of my prior request to NOT send any more pantyhose. I contacted someone from your company by e-mail and received an answer from a Linda in your customer service area telling me that she would make sure no other shipments were send to me. In yesterday's mail at my home, I received an order of pantyhose, together with a bill for said pantyhose. The account # on the billing statement is 101285717-4 and the invoice is for $15.96. I did not order them, do not want them, and I refuse to spend my money to ship them back to you. If you want them back, I want you to send me a postage-paid mailer. If you want me to fax you a copy of the e-mail between me and your customer service person and a copy of the statement I just received, please advise of your fax # and I will do that. Joanne Hoeft
