Tried to get some information about Norwalk furniture from the W Smithe store in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Was informed that the "store policy" is to not give out information over the phone to force you to come into the store. Well, I got the information about the piece I wanted from the Internet for a reason.....I don't want to go into a store!

I informed the clerk that I would buy it over the phone, but she said, No, No, No, but she could get a manager who could reinstill in me the idea that the "store policy" is to not give out information and to come on in.

Informed Norwalk that their reseller in Chicagoland is user friendly and lost a sale. Bought what I needed at Plunkett instead. they were great.
