Complaints.com received the following on May 16, 2003:

I ordered twelve strawberry vines on february 26, 2003,

check# 1697, in the amount of $16.97. The check was cashed by Marvel a few days later, but I have still not received my plants. I called the last week of April and the lady said they would be shipped out the end of April, here it is the middle of May and no plants.

Growing season here for strawberries IS NOW! I know because the plants I have

that survived our harsh weather are loaded with flowers and ready to produce. I want a Refund! Pronto! This is nuts, taking peoples money and sending no goods.
