Mumabai-400021 Dear Sir, I had purchased 230 Liter "Fridge" from M/s. Mahesh Electronic, Bharuwa Sumerpur, vide their cash memo. No.188 dtd.29/10/98. Which is under guarantee period till today. It is with regret & with great constraints I have to bring to your notice that fridge is out of order since last one year (4/3/2002). I had several written & oral complaints to nearest service center Kanpur to attend the problem. We also logged complaint at your computerized service call center (9628096281) We had spoken several times to Mr., Suhel, Mr. Baljeet Singh & Mr. Gulathi at Kanpur call center on phone no. 0512-2556019. But problem has not been rectified till today except to send a service engineer for its inspection. However we have lost 2 month with this activity and repair/ replacement of fridge yet to be done. In view of the above it is requested that necessary instruction may please be passed to all concerned to rectify the abnormality. Our family is too much irritated with this type of service by such reputed firm. Your kind cooperation in this regard is very much required and sought for the needful action at your end. This is very much required to keep up the great name of VIDEOCON. Kindly revert with action indented for follow up with call center. Thanking you,
