RE: Aol.com & Privacy Guard - several problems and questions
Can you tell me whether you will send another confirmation for the 79.99 deducted from my checking account for credit alert. And I also would like to why does it take so long to resubmit a credit when it was taken out through a debit. I could understand if I sent you a check.
This type of business is not could for your company when someone tell your customer service reps that they would like to stop service because of financial problems they should respect that request instead of trying to make away for the customer to bounce a check from someone else. Which is what happen to me, the customer rep that I talk with told me that I would be taken care of after I explain to him that I wanted my service canceled.
Then concerning credit alert I requested wit them that I try that service for the one year with only one payment of 79.99. Just as I had all my bills situated to be paid Privacy Guard takes out the 79.99 amount and another bill has bounced. Everyone have financial problems here and there but I know I have been dealing with aol off and on for about 5 years. When I get in a bind I cancel but when things are better I come back. But after this, I am so disappointed in your customer care, I know I will never be a customer of aol.com Before I sent this e-mail I called and talk to another customer service rep and she informed me that instead of the 79.99 it will only be the 73.32 or something like that. In reality I know no one will respond to this e-mail, but if someone should read it I would like to have some kind of feedback. Could you please respond as soon as possible!
