RE: HCI DIRECT INC & SILIKES, P O Box 7857, Philadelphia, PA 19188-0001 - billed for pantyhose received but not ordered

I received a free sample of Silikes, then received a shipment which I never ordered and a bill for $13.96. I feel this is an unethical practice.

I am in the process of sending back the nylons which are horrid.
