I have gone to The Flint store two different times. They got someone on the phone. I was told both times the refund would come in my grandson's name in five days. As of today May 06 02 I have not received the refund

To Whom It May Concern: I talked with Rachel EXT. 2496 this morning at 9:15 concerning my account. She acknowledged that I had called your company Jan. 19 to report one of my phones loss. I did ask at that time for this # to be taken off my bill as I would no longer be using that phone. The phone was not taken off as of Feb. 17. I decided to cancel my other phone as well. I gave her the information again on 02-17-02. I then told Rachel that my grandmother mistakenly sent 90.84 to you on 02-11-02. This letter is to confirm my request for my 90.83 to be sent to me on receipt of this letter.

Please adjust your records to show I will no longer need your service and the correct dates the service was canceled.
