RE: rogers cable fm service, toronto, ontario, canada - technical problems again in downtown toronto, ontario....rogers cable is having technical problems again and is not carrying cable fm stations 90.7, 96.1, 104.1. furthermore, i have not received, as requested, a credit on my account for the service interruption. cable 92.7 is coming in in mono, although it should be in stereo.
