Hi, I would like to bring to ur attention lack of good service against Woodfield Nissan, based in Hoffmann estates, Illinois. I bought my Nissan Quest (1996) in first week of April 2002. Within 3 weeks of purchase the car developed serious engine problem.
The dealer replaced hose and fuel injector and he said car is perfectly ok. But to my astonishment, the very next day the car again developed engine problem. I want to return back the car, but the dealer is not receptive. He says he will only repair the car, but I have lost total confidence in the car and instead go for Trade-in. Can I sue the dealer as he has dumped me a bad car ? Can any body help ? I am nervous in taking the car as I don't know when it will break down. I would appreciate wjhat are the different options available for me now.
