RE: Bonzi Boost2001 - didn't work right - can't get help rom tech support - not able to return product

I bought and installed Boost2001 and it never worked right and I can't get to tech support for help or to return the product!!!

If these companies can get pop-up windows, there should be SOME WAY to force a quality service!!!
