24 Hour Fitness, Capital Avenue, San Jose, CA - several improvements / changes need to be made

Dear 24 Hour Fitness Staff, I have been a member here for more than 20 years. I like the club and it has been part of my life to

exercise here now. Every once in a while I complain about the club facility and please look it as a suggestion to improve

the club rather than a complain. Thanks, On 5-28-02 (Tuesday), I found out that the jucuzzi was really dirty (about 9 PM) (Capital Avenue, across the

street from Walgreen in San Jose city). I suggested the evening supervisor (Steve) to do the cleaning. May

be the filter is not working. Who knows. He said that the Capital club is a busy club and the member doesn?t

take care of the place very well. I told him that it is not the member. It should be the management problem. The management should do the

following:

1) To do preventive maintenance to the entire club. Not until it breaks down than repair (it will be too

late). Please ask if the manager doesn?t know how to do preventive maintenance.

2) The manager is not supposed to complain that the club has too many members. You can always screw up the management and there will be no body doing business with you!

3) The manager is not supposed to complain that members do not take care of the equipments. It is managers job to supervise each member (walk around the club every once in a while and make sure no one break the rule(damage the club)).

4) We always have some problems in this club (Capital Avenue 24 Hour Fitness).

(these some problems why not happened in Cupertino or Fremont club??)

---- The shower heads are not working.

---- The lockers hinges are broken.

---- The Jacuzzi is dirty.

---- The swimming pool motor is not functioning.

---- The sonar room is not working.

---- The shower room is really dirty.

---- The aerobic schedule sheet is blacked out (cannot be seen) (it?s just a simple Excel comment to remove

the black-out.) ---- ---- ---- ---- ?..

Please help to improve this health club.
