RE: Best Buy - couldn't return unusable mouse within 30 days, no refund or store credit given

 

They will not stand behind their product [mouse] after 30 days and they have very poor customer service.

My grandmother is stuck with a $40 mouse that doesn't fit her computer. She purchased it for her arthritis but she could not get it returned within 30 days.

 

They will not give her store credit or anything.
