RE: Bank One - Deceptive Mortgage Practices - upset with prepayment penalties explained in 'fine print' The nature of the complaint is DECEPTIVE MORTGAGE PRACTICES by BANK ONE.
Consumers should be aware that financial powerhouse BANK ONE, uses some predatory and deceptive practices in their mortgage contracts. Specifically, pre-payment penalties. Be sure to read their fine print and be aware that pre-payment is not rewarded at BANK ONE, but quite costly. In addition, their customer service is almost non-existent.
Please respond to this e-mail for further details.
