Denny's, LaCrosse St., Rapid City, SD - poor service # 2 for May 27, 2002
Complaints.com received the following consumer message on May 26, 2002:

my family went to Denny's at Rapid City,SD LaCrosse St. restaurant at 10:30 P.M., there was not over 10 people in the whole place, we asked for coffee to drink and was served old old coffee, when the waitress came back we asked for fresh coffee, after a few minutes she came and filled the coffee cups, my daughter took a big drink and made the worst face, we all had been served with old old "TEA" next we started to order and told the waitress, each couple was on a separate ticket,
I ordered the 2 egg breakfast, with scrambled egg, bacon cooked crisp and hash browns, when I got my order, the bacon was not cooked, I asked if I could get my bacon cooked, the waitress said she would bring me a new order, I never received my bacon, and everyone else has finished eating, so we asked for our check, she laid ONE check on the table for almost $60.00 dollars, I took the check back to her and told her we asked for separate checks for each couple and also to take my food order off as I never received my cooked bacon and now the rest of the food was cold, after this experience I don't believe we will ever return to a Denny's , completely dissatisfied with the whole mess Sincerely; Berniece Quest From: Message Author (click here to email author) (no email address available) Date: Tuesday, 28-May-02 00:00:00 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
