I recently tried to puchase a power sander from an extensive list of those items from Amazon.com. The site claimed that they would accept checks or M O s, but when you try to place an order in order to continue on with the order process it asks for credit card info, and if you don't the order process stops.

I tried to contact them by e-mail about this but they will not answer individual e-mails, in fact they list no phone # so they refuse to help at all.

they have a big "help department" but if your question is something other than what they want to answer, forget it! I just put down Amazon.com because they do not list an e-mail address.
