I purchased a laptop and Windows 2000 Pro Software from Toshiba in October 2001.I paid a total of $2,769.02.

Both the laptop and software are not working properly so that I can not use them.I repeatedly contacted the Toshiba regarding this problem to no avail.What can I do to give this purchase back and refund my money?
