From: C. Bolton [Email User] RE: Success.com - paid $ 400.00 for coaching program - trying to get refund
I was notified on my e-mail to call an 800 number to join a pilot program. The bait was that my name was taken from the list of people who enjoy Nightingale Conant products and services. I fell for it. I gave my credit card number and $400 was taken out of my account for a coaching program.
1. The program is not what I am looking for
2. I was unable to access the site to even begin my program for at least 2 weeks.
3. I agreed to pay 1/4 of the money because I did speak with my coach for one session, which was spent on him trying to understand who I was because I had not been able to access the site and fill out the survey forms beforehand. He admitted that he usually looks over the surveys first.
4. I was not able to review the Terms and Conditions of their refund policy before the money was removed from my account.
5. The last e-mail sent to me implied that I had already used up the equivalent of my $400 sessions while my coach was trying to help me log into my account.
6. The last email told me "One of the biggest reasons that people don't achieve their goals in life is that they give up too soon. Persistance is the key to lasting success..." I am being very persistant in my belief that I should be allowed a refund.
No matter how good a program is, if the person is not open to it, it will not work. These surveys are similar to ones I give to my high school classes and ones that I took while taking classes at the University of Phoenix.
I know myself and I know this is not the program for me.
WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED??
