Young Again Nutrients at www.youngagain.com advertises a number of nutritional products including their Stop Smoking Natural supplement called "Nicoban" which they offer a money back guarantee for. We purchased this product which turned out to be the proverbial snake oil with a few ordinary vitamins at several times the customary fees. After using the product in accordance with directions I found it was absolutely no help in stopping smoking and ended up going with the more traditional nicotine patch approach. I contacted Young Again Nutrients about their guarantee and the first response was a sarcastic offer to sell me some life insurance. I wrote them again and said I wanted them to honor their guarantee. In accordance with their instructions I sent the empty product bottles back and got a return receipt. Weeks passed and I didn't receive a credit. I called them again and was ignored. Finally I contacted my credit card company and the BBB online. The response to the BBB online was a flip suggestion that I couldn't read instructions and had returned the products full (not true) The bottom line from their perspective is they will not refund the money and honor their guarantee. It turns out that even contacting the attorney general with proof may not be an adequate measure.
