Yahoo - trouble with password - can't find a Yahoo! customer service email address to get fixed

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on May 22, 2002:

From: Craig Stangland [Email User] RE: Yahoo - trouble with password - can't find a Yahoo! customer service email address to get fixed

I've been required to obtain a new password every time I log in, which has become a real pain. Upon looking through Yahoo's web pages, I'll be darned if I can find a "Customer Service" email address!!!

Have they forgotten the number one rule of business, THE CUSTOMER!!!

I have ,somehow, forgotten my password, or that is what Yahoo! believes. I have logged in with the same id and password a million times for along time. Now, when I go to log in, I'm asked to re-enter id/password over and over and over! I can not remember the answer to the security question because I chose the most GENERAL RANGED security question of the selection. I, of course, have no clue what alternate e-mail address that I registered with; years ago when I created the account. I must access my e-mail account!!! If someone can e-mail me @ speak2niki AT yahoo.com, I would appreciate it very much.

I too am being ask my PASSWORD every other time I open my mail.Problem I KNOW the password Yahoo can't seem to remember.Why's that?Customer Service? sends me emails telling ME someones changing my password.Heres a CLUE ITS ME TRYING TO GET MY MAIL.READY To go GOOGLE for home page
