From: Email User RE: cell phone bill - being dunned 9 years later, but no money is owed Hi, I was just contacted by an attorney regarding a 9 year old cell phone bill. I remember paying them after they shut me off. But because of the time 9 yrs. I have no proof. At that time it was as I recall between $80./127.00. They say I owe them $450. now What are my rights since I have never recieved a bill from cellular one requesting payment or a telephone call from them. As I mentioned it has been 9 years. Can anyone help me. Is there a limitation on how long a bill can go? Thanks in advance
