This loan was paid out in March 1999. The loan was originally with The Associates. The Associates was bought by Citi Financial. I don't understand why we were told that it will take 30 days to give me a document that should have been done 3 years ago.
The loan was paid off and now CITI Financial has no motive to provide service on this loan. Interest rates are at a low and the clock is ticking. We have had no satisfaction even after hours spent on the phone.
I have started to send e-mails however nothing is working thus far. I think they should specifically be listed as one of your categories.
