I wrote you last week about "Freestores.Biz" and that I was trying to get my money back. I tried to do what they told me to but with no results. I wrote them and wanted the money back guarantee, but they just keep blowing me off. Here is a copy of their last letter to me..... I have a better idea... Why don't you do what our guarantee says and promote your site and you will make money. If you don't I'll give you your money back. If you spent as much time complaining about our site as you did promoting it, you would have made money. Instead of keeping their promise to me, they just keep the money and insult me. Can you help? Dear AOL, I know you may not be able to help me with this, but I joined this company and try to make a go of it. They said after 30 day if the business didn't make money they would give me my money back. I contacted them and asked to get my refund, this was their answer.

I see in your STATS that you only had 9 "Unique Visitors". The "Unique Visitors" part refers to how many people came to your website. We set everything up for you and provide a service and all we ask is that you TRY to promote your site. Our guarantee is that if you follow the steps we have given you to succeed and you don't make money we will buy your store back. By the number of "Unique Visitors" I don't see that you tried to get people to your site. Don't presume to know what I did and then say you will not give me my money back as requested. You said you would refund the money if not successful, well, it's not. If you don't refund my money as promised, I will have to use other ways to get your company to keep their promise. I will be very diligent in getting the news out that your company cannot be trusted.
