I've purchase web hosting from Yahoo on 5/1/02, and 20 days later I am still unable to get the service I paid for. I've emailed numerous requests for assistance, and only received canned responses, and links to help pages.
I've followed all of their directions precisely, the service still is not working, and I continue to receive the very same responses. I'm afraid I will have to cancel the service, and choose a provider that will support its product.

The engine is poor and after one year I tried to cancel the subscription. Funny how the Yahoo URLs work when I want to buy or view my email but NONE of the links work to cancel the service! Yahoo Customer Misery Department does not answer their phone either. Even though they state an answer time, I stayed on twice as long only to hang up later. Yahoo is little more than a pure, unadulterated scam and we as consumers should have the power for recourse!
