I have a Maytag Neptune 5500. Absolutely loved it at first..but soon noticed it does horribly on whites. They come out really dingy looking.

I was told by a Maytag dealer that I could use regular Tide; only using smaller amount. I tried adding bleach. I tried adding Oxi Clean. I tried the Tide HE...

I tried Tide HE, bleach, and Oxi Clean. They still come out really dingy looking...HELP!
