RE: State Farm Insurance - having various types of trouble with policy

I am a long time recipient of statefarm insurance company, my agent recently retired and since then I have had trouble with my policy coverage. Everytime my bill is due I receive several bills. After my agent retired my insurance went up $187.50 with no apparent explanation.

When I questioned the increase I was told that my account would be credited. After having an accident on April 11, 2002, I was told that my policy was canceled because of lack of payment. I did not receive a cancellation notice. After several complaints the incident is being investigated.

Immediately after thaaccident I called my agent he authorized me to rent a car and to take me car to be repaired which I did. I had the rent-a-car for weeks and received a call saying that Statefarm did not pay. As of today I have no car and I will be charged for storage and towing and I have already paid for the rent-a-car. The total of these amounts exceeds the amount of damage to my vehicle.

The individual handling the claim does not return my calls and when I talk to him he claims he will get back to me. I even asked for a refund and still no response. What do I do? My agent is Albert Garcia, the claim adjuster is Chris Rouse. My name is Angela Mills claim #13769ssss. E-mail(Email User)
