Complaints.com received the following consumer message on May 19, 2002:

Regarding: Order # 207976 Product: Tan Perfect Kit $$ Paid: $25.90
I placed this order with Youcansave.com on April 24th. Their shipping info showed the product to ship the next business day + 5 days for UPS ground delivery. My credit card was immediately debited on April 25th. As of today, May 19, I have not received the product.
I have not been contacted regarding this. I received a response to an email stating the product would be available in one week. (see below). After this email I requested that the order be canceled. This email was not acknowledged.
In addition, my efforts to contact them has fail because there is either no answer at their customer support phone line or you receive a message asking your name, number etc, but no one from Youcansave.com returns the call.
At this point I want the order canceled and my credit card refunded immediately. Today, I sent another email stating this request. If the people at Youcansave.com are true to form, this email will also be ignored. Can you please step in to reinforce my request to cancel this order. We apologize for the delay in shipping your order. Our next shipment is to be arriving at anytime with in the next week or so. Please continue to check your email for the UPS tracking number notification. We appreciate your continued patience.
