RE: AOL - DOUBLE BILLING
Dear sir, my name is Darlene B Norman and my internet provider is AOL. I had sent them a payment of $47:80 in money order and and this payment was for two months-money order # 0 6 4 8 3 1 2 4 6 0 2. just last month they cut my service off for a week ,
when i called they claimed they never got the money order payment that i sent them and i have to pay again through my Chase bank visa debit account, therefore billing me twice.
i have the receipt of the first money order n would like 1010 wins consumer action squard help straighten this out as i beleived that this whole error is due to their negligence of paper work and improper public relations.
