MSN.com - unable to find phone number to contact MSN to ask questions to customer service

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on May 19, 2002:

RE: MSN.com - unable to find phone number to contact MSN to ask questions to customer service

I am not currently using MSN. However I had a couple of questions which I hoped I could get the answers to from a customer service representative. I eagerly search for a phone number in which I could contact them, but your MSN website made it impossible for me to find one ridiculous number.

I hope that in the future you can make that type of information more consumer friendly. Since it is so hard to find one number, I don't think I will be subscribing to MSN.

I found a number for msn if you like cancel or speak to rep and that phone is 1800-386-5550

I found a number to MSN (automated), but when I asked to speak to an agent, the extension just rang and nobody answered.
