Complaints.com received the following consumer message on May 19, 2002:

RE: www.redspools.com - sent the wrong tent - returned it - haven't received credit yet for return reds pool, I orderd a tent 10x20 back in march, will when it finall came in the box was open, the box had the model number of the item I ordered but in the box was a small tent tent 10x8, which they charged my credit card $184.00 for. I look up this 10x8 tent and they advertized it for $39.00. I called them up and they said they didn't know what was going on it came like that from the warehouse and they didn't have the tent I needed and they would send me 2 10x10 so that can stand them together, I said to them this isn't what I orederd, I want my money back.
will they wouldn't credit my credit card even though it was thier fault, UPS picked up the box tuesday, I emailed them with all details attached to the email and they still have not credit my credit card. or confirmed my email.
