Sprint PCS - billing changed to Region - incorrectly charged roaming charges

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on May 17, 2002:

RE: Sprint PCS - billing changed to Region - incorrectly charged roaming charges

Was asked to changed to Region because I kept getting charged Roaming charges when I moved to new home. Instead they changed service, kept charging me roaming charges and now that I want to cancel, they want to also charge me Cancellation Fee of $150.00.

Like the additional $100/per month of incorrect Roaming charges was not enough!
