RE: Ford Pickup 1996 with less than 60M miles - rusted out oil pan

I have a Ford Pickup 1996 with less than 60M miles with a rusted out oil pan and am goven no sympathy from the local distributor or area Ford Rep for what appears to be defective material.

It is obviously not a wear part but they will not discuss any adjustment.

It was interesting to note all like complaints on internet chat rooms. What to do????????????????????
