RE: MCI - terrible customer service in attempts to change cell phone number from CA number to TX number
During the last week I have been confronted with possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The problem has been switching my cell phone from MCI network in CA (760) 214-xxxx to a Texas number. The customer service people keep telling me that it will be 24 -72 hours, but a week goes by and still nothing.
This is costing me greatly in add'l charges for long distance. The number in Texas which I was given but is not active is (214) 578-xxxx.
It appears that no one there cares about problem resolution. As of now, once my year is over I will probably switch carriers.
