hello my name is fernando araujo i'm from kissimme FL this is what happen i went to buy a piece for my car at (ST. Cloud Auto Salvage)and they numer was 407-892-3569 they give me the wrong piece,when I went to change it the next day they did not had what i need it ,when i told them to give me my money back they told me that they were not going to give my money back ,
the only thing i could do was is get out of their it was like treathen voice i want to talk to you guys because i want you to have justice i don't care if its not alot of money i'm not going to let myself get robed i hope you reply to me.

I've dealt with them in the past and have no complaints. If your speach is anything like your spelling then I could understand the confusion on year, make, model, and whatever part you needed. And I'm guessing when you spell treating you meant threatening. That's probably because you were bitching underneath the sign that says no cash refunds with a line of people behind you that actually knew what they needed. Next time, have a real mechanic tell you what part you need before you waste everyone's time and try to ruin someone's reputation that's been outstanding for years. Truth be known, you were probably trying to take back the old peice off your car and get something for free the same way you've been doing our Government since you got here.
