Nextel - phone service plan changed without consultation or approval of customer</font></p> <p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">A few months ago I purchased a nextel phone agreeing to maintain there services for an entire year. The serv # 3 for May 16, 2002
Complaints.com received the following consumer message on May 15, 2002:

RE: Nextel - phone service plan changed without consultation or approval of customer A few months ago I purchased a nextel phone agreeing to maintain there services for an entire year. The service plan that I agreed to with nextel was for 300 anytime minutes; 200 Direct Connect Minutes; and 3500 off-peak minutes that began @ 8:00p.m.
Not even a few months later nextel takes it upon themselves to alter my service plan.
The plan now looks like this. 300 anytime minutes; 100 direct connect; and 3600 off-peak minutes that began @ 9:00.
