Complaints.com received the following consumer message on May 14, 2002:

Dear Sir or Madam:

I ordered a subscription to "Dragon Magazine" back on February 23, 2002. It was to be mailed to Donald Scrogham #813938, Gib Lewis Unit [Texas Department of Criminal Justice], P. O. Box 9000, Woodville TX 75990 but nothing has ever arrived at my nephew's unit.

I contacted MagazineHaven.com on the 8th of May, 2002 but have not received a reply. This purchase was immediately withdrawned from my Mastercard Account back in February.
