Complaints.com received the following consumer message on May 14, 2002:

I submitted a credit card application on April 15, 2002 that was theoretically approved for a $5,00.00 unsecured credit card through this company.

To date I have not received any card and no corespondence from any credit card company. After four requests for assistance they have yet to help in any way in this matter. Please help. Email User
