RE: AOL MEMBERSHIP - cancellation of membership, but continued billing Hello,

 

My name is Frank S. Duarte. I was once a member of AOL, but I discontinued membership in the year 2001. Unfortunately, AOL is still billing to my account, and I recently paid out 80.00, via account access, to AOL for an old and now defunct account.

 

My account was cancelled via email and via telephone conversation.

 

My account name was Email User Please research and correct this discrepancy. Additionally, I expect all monies taken from my account to be reversed back into my bank account.

 

I am no longer a member of AOL, and have not been for many months now.
