Best Buy, Erie, PA - upset with rude service

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on May 11, 2002:

RE: Best Buy, Erie, PA - upset with rude service

I tried to get phone numbers about calling my computer help line and I was put on hold 3 times at 20 minutes. The last time I called I demanded to talk to the manager, then, I got my Number. I live 55 miles from the Erie Best Buy Store,in PA. and this has happened to me twice.

They were also quite rude. I found out that I'm not the only one this happened to.
